Benefits of Mediation
- Private And Confidential.
- Flexible.
- Parties Determine Outcome.
Mediation is a process where the parties involved have the opportunity
to reach a solution addressing their needs. It is more flexible and
creative than the traditional court system. In addition mediations
in California are confidential, unlike court cases. Agreements reached
in a mediation may also be binding and fully enforceable if the proper
steps are taken. While mediation is often helpful at any stage of a
conflict, its benefits are enhanced by using it early.
Benefits of Arbitration
- Save Time And Money.
- Win/Lose Result.
- Private.
Save money and resolve your case without delay by going to arbitration. The process
and procedures largely depend on what may have been agreed to at the outset or
can be arranged during the process. It is structured more along the lines of
a traditional court hearing. There is a determinative result, i.e. someone wins
and someone loses.
